How can I make a purchase from Shop Nintendo?
Once you have found a product you want, click "add to basket" and click "Checkout" when you are ready. You will be fully guided through the process of completing your order. You will be asked to enter your delivery address details and payment option.
What can I do if my order is not suitable? Can I return it?
All products at Shop Nintendo are fully covered by a 30 day returns guarantee - if you wish to return anything simply login to your Amazon account and follow instructions. See Amazon Help Center for full details.
How much do I pay for postage?
Standard delivery is free for orders over £15 on eligible items (this is most items on Shop Nintendo). You will be given other options during checkout for quicker delivery and/or special delivery.
Is it safe to enter my card details? How can I be sure?
